Hi, I'm Era, a Licensed Clinician Social Worker in CA. I believe therapy can be incredibly useful in helping one move towards emotional and mental freedom. It does, however, require much vulnerability and courage. I'm here to sit with and stand alongside those who are ready to take on this journey.
I use psychodynamic and attachment-based theories while borrowing from other various modalities including psychoanalytic, existential, and cognitive-behavioral therapies as well as internal family systems.
I hope to connect with those who wish to explore and heal from childhood and attachment wounds, feel weighed down by guilt and shame, struggle to contain or express anger in healthy ways, feel disconnected from the self or others, and/or desire to forgive and let go. I invite those who are able to (or open to) think and feel deeply.
