I obtained my Ph.D. in Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Barry University in 2009. I received my Master's in Community Mental Health from Rollins College in 1998. I am a Licensed Mental Health and Qualified Supervisor.
My Intervention approach is primarily Solution- Focused Theory. My experience has encompassed working with children, adolescence, adults, couples, the elderly, and family, addressing various issues such as Divorce Adjustment, Bi Polar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Grief, and any other life transitions.
I administrate psychological evaluations for juveniles; substance abuse clients, custody cases, SSI, Pre-surgical assessment, Immigration cases, learning disability, mental health diagnosis. Testing includes: Academic, Intelligence, DSM -IV Diagnosis, Autism/Spectrum Disorder, Career, and Personality Tests.
