If you are looking for a licensed therapist that is non-judgmental and meets clients where they are, then look no further. I do well when it comes to building rapports with clients and gaining their trust. I try to make sure my clients feel comfortable and let them know that they have a voice. I am not a “cookie cutter” therapist and I work with my clients to address their underlying issues and needs. I utilize Client Centered and Strength- Based Approaches . I am an EMDR , TF-CBT, Play Therapy and Motivational Interviewing trained therapist. I have many certifications from domestic violence to substance abuse.
I enjoy helping individuals or families. During this pandemic it may be hard to focus on your feelings when you are worried about employment, what you will eat , or how you will survive. I am passionate in working with the client to meet all their needs utilizing a holistic approach. I believe the mind and body are connected.
