I have over a decade and a half of professional clinical experience employing evidence-based interventions for behavioral, emotional, relational, cultural and systemic issues. Healing from trauma happens in stages - Safety and Stabilization, Remembrance and Mourning, Reconnection and Integration, Integration and Growth. I'm here as a guide for it all.
