Whether you are being seen for the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma Recovery, ADHD, Bipolar, or Grief and Loss I will make sure your voice is heard and your needs are met.
Additionally, I am trained in various evidenced based treatment modalities, such as EMDR, Brainspotting, and Hypnotherapy, IFS and will work to help you find the best treatment method to address your needs. It is my desire to inspire you to take risks that will lead you from fear to freedom by experiencing a deeper sense of love with self and others.
