I work primarily with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, and work/life balance. My goal is to collaborate with clients in building meaningful lives grounded in who they are and the world they live in. I want to help you live your best life and I think we can do this through humor and remaining grounded in reality. I strive to cultivate a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive, supportive therapeutic relationship that is welcoming to all, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community.

My work is trauma‑informed and culturally responsive guided by who you are and what you need. I’m especially drawn to supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate transitions, emotions, and identity. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you.
