Life can be challenging and you don't have to navigate those challenges alone. I take a collaborative approach to working with individuals, couples and families from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of concerns. Grounded in a trauma-informed framework, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. While life can be challenging, meaningful support can foster personal growth, strengthen self-compassion, and help individuals recognize their inherent strengths. I also specialize in grief and loss counseling, helping clients find a meaningful path forward after loss.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I see clients in-person and virtually at Envision Counseling. I have over 14 years of experience, and have worked in many settings. I enjoy working with children, teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, poor self-esteem, grief, and life transitions. I have experience with Neurodivergent individuals and those questioning identity. I use primarily cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), play therapy and art therapy interventions, but I am also certified in Trauma-Focused CBT and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I work with clients navigating issues including anxiety, depression, grief, neurodivergence, relational distress, and men’s issues. Many feel stuck between wanting meaningful change and needing acceptance, and are curious about understanding themselves and their relationships more deeply. Together, we explore the stories, values, and beliefs shaping their lives, with the goal of building clarity, emotional safety, and more authentic connection, so responses begin to feel more intentional rather than driven by old patterns or expectations.
