As a Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I draw on a decade of clinical experience to compassionately treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, insomnia, relationship problems and other concerns with an integrative approach that draws from therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, CPT, Schema Therapy and others.
