Everyone deserves quality mental health care—regardless of budget, background, or insurance. At Enriched Roots, that belief drives everything we do.
We're a bilingual (English/Spanish) group practice serving Laredo, Austin, and clients across Texas through telehealth. Our team includes fully licensed clinicians, LPC-Associates, and supervised student counselors.
1. We accept most major health insurance plans, so you can use the coverage you already have.
2. $50 sessions with our LPC-Associates—skilled, supervised clinicians offering affordable, high-quality care.
3. Pro bono therapy through our student counselor program ($0)

Taking the first step towards your mental health enrichment can be intimidating. Part of my initial work with my clients is to discuss any mental health stigmas or fears that may be challenging for them as they begin their mental health journey. My focus is to work with you in creating a personalized treatment with goals that reflect your uniqueness.

Some of us are surviving through life, but are we really living? Life comes with many challenges and obstacles that can impact our mental health and overall well-being. While taking that initiative in seeking counseling can be overwhelming and scary, it is the first step to your journey of healing and that shows strength. Creating a safe space for you to express yourself is of upmost importance to me and I do so by demonstrating genuine empathy and establishing trust in the work I do with clients. I aim to facilitate growth and empowerment by taking a collaborative approach with clients as we go through the therapeutic process.
