I am a solution focused, systemic family therapist with specialized training in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavior Therapy and many additional evidenced based treatment methods that have been proven effective in treating children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with a myriad of mental health and relationship issues.
I take an individualized approach to strategically design a plan of treatment to assist my clients in reducing anxiety and fear while helping them increase feelings of fulfillment and purpose.
