I believe, from personal experiences and years of practice & teaching, that anyone can be empowered to face life challenges. As a professor for more than 12 years, I train & supervise hundreds of future and current therapists on evidence-based practices & Strength-based approaches, CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, DBT, & integration of music & spirituality into counseling. CBT & Adlerian are my overarching modalities upon which I integrate other interventions to meet the client where the client is.
My specialty include addictions, childhood behavior problems , parenting/co-parenting, couple/family, anger management, depression/ anxiety, ADHD. My passions is to empowerment individuals, couples, parents, families and children to be the best they can be from personal experiences as a proud parent of Princeton, Cornell and Syracuse USC and UTD graduates.
