Managing issues such as intrusive thoughts disregulated mood and impulse control getting in your way.
My role is to help my clients achieve their goals and live more enjoyable lives. I strive to provide a supportive and affirming environment where you can safely explore and challenge yourself. I am intensively trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and can combine various techniques and modalities to best fit your needs in the moment.
