Are you feeling stuck or defeated by everyday life? Dr Bobbie Way is a licensed MFT, PsyD. Bobbie specializes in working with individuals and couples to manage the trials of life. Bobbie has over 18 years’ experience working with couples, combat veterans with PTSD, trauma and the grief and loss that comes from these experiences. Bobbie's approach is helping to instill hope and motivation to become unstuck and rebuild self-esteem. My approach aims to instill hope and increase motivation to help clients grow through change. I aim to help individuals rediscover what’s most important both for themselves and in their relationships.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in guiding couples, military personnel/veterans, and individuals through difficult life situations. In my practice, I draw therapeutic modalities, including the Gottman therapy approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Solution Focused and more.
Bobbie specializes in working with couples under the Gottman method. The goal is to help couples improve their dysfunctional interactional patterns by focusing on relationship repair, building emotional safety, trust, bonding, love, intimacy, friendship and communication. I believe in building resilience and personal growth even when working with couples.
