Peace and Knowing. This is the purpose that I bring to the therapeutic relationships that I am blessed to have. Peace to bring a calming to our complex stories, and a knowing that we can find joy in those stories, and ultimately understand their purpose. The connections I have with my clients are true gifts, and the journeys we take together shine light on their paths to self-awareness and relief from suffering.
I have felt an intense level of compassion, empathy, and awareness for those who are suffering since a very young age. I am fully aware of how different levels of trauma can threaten our sense of peace and safety. Trauma interventions such as EMDR and Equine-Assisted Therapy are beautiful approaches to empowerment.
