Hello! Thank you for being brave looking for help to reduce your distress and better your health. The thought of therapy can be daunting. These treatments will help to understand how your perception of the events in your life influence your emotional and behavioral experience. It will teach you to accept things that are out of your control, be present, choose a valued direction, and take actions that will move you forward.
