If you are ready for a change, let's talk! I work best with individuals and couples who are motivated for change. The clients' I work best with initially report depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual concerns, relationship concerns, difficulty with effective communication and/or self-esteem struggles. Clients who are insightful and willing to try a new approach experience success in the therapeutic process with me. I also provide psychosocial evaluations for Hardship Waivers (I-601 and I-601A), Cancellation of Removal, VAWA and Spousal Abuse, U-Visas, Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Convention Against Torture.

I rely heavily on modalities I have been formally trained in, which include CBT, DBT, EMDR and Gottman Method. My goal is to provide psychoeducation, processing and the practice of new skills to aid clients in achieving their ideal healthy self and/or relationship(s). For mental health professionals, l offer clinical supervision and consultation.

The therapeutic relationship is a safe space (no judgement zone) for growth and change which begins when you are ready.
