I have experience with panic attacks, trauma with PTSD, Dissociative Disorders, as well as more common mental health issues of mood swings, attention deficit, sleep issues, anxiety and fears. I can help with anger, relationship problems, self-esteem, codependency, boundaries, and substance use. I enjoy working with children, teens, adults, and families.
