With a decade of experience providing trauma-focused support, I weave together talk therapy with somatic (body-focused) techniques, energy psychology, therapeutic meditation and energy therapies including reiki and shamanism. My approach supports the holistic self by meeting body, mind, emotion, energy and soul. We all experience ebbs and flows in life, times of thriving and times of struggle. Times of struggle can often manifest as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, or feeling disconnected from the true self.

I work with couples and individuals who need a systemic perspective on how problems interact in relationships. Then, with my specialized lens, I am able to help clients get “unstuck” after years of no or low quality sex, desire discrepancies, medical issues that create disconnection, and pent up frustrations between partners. I am skilled, humorous, direct, honest, and loving with my clients. And I’m a welcoming, justice oriented, creative thinker who does not judge and is willing to walk alongside you through it all: fear, trauma, doubt, shame, guilt, sadness, and dark nights of the soul.

Although I have worked with children, adolescents, and couples in the past; my ideal clients are individual adults seeking to reduce or eliminate symptoms generally associated with trauma including but not limited to anxiety and depression. These symptoms are also often present in disorders such as PTSD, ADHD, Bi-Polar, OCD, Addictions, and Grief. My goal is to help individuals navigate these issues to achieve a better life experience. I believe every client deserves to be heard, experience unconditional positive regard, a sense of acceptance, belonging, and value, and experience a reasonable amount of joy.
