Clients I work with often struggle with stress, anxiety, and burn out. They want to strengthen their resilience, create a mindset that motivates and find a peaceful and powerful path forward in today's modern, noisy fast-paced world. Many of my clients are in a corporate setting as executives or entrepreneurs working on these issues both at home and at work. They are usually highly capable, high-functioning people who can benefit from a sounding board, guidance and support around specific issues.

I work to create a safe, warm, nurturing, and affirmative environment for my clients. I believe that everyone is capable of the change they seek to achieve while also being compassionate to how challenging roadblocks (ex. trauma) can be on our life journey. I have worked in addiction recovery and the mental health field for almost a decade. This includes working with domestic violence, women’s/masculinity issues, depressive/anxious disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, and substance misuse.
