I have a dual focus on both therapy and Sports Psychology. I have tremendous success is treating clients with issues related to adolescence, transitioning into young adulthood, failure to launch, parent/child conflict, anxiety, trauma and developing mental focus to achieve specific performance goals and aspirations. My clients typically have a problem or a goal they are trying to work through to improve their life in the present and the future.
I offer a breadth of interventions from my years of experience in building my skill-set. With over 18 years serving and improving the most troubled youth/families via the Juvenile Courts. I am certified in Sports Psychology through PECI, where I have honed specialized skills in treating athletes in achieving their performance goals.
Our work together will be meaningful and your progress is important to me. As an evidence based practitioner, I integrate research based approaches to assist you in reaching your goals. I offer video, phone or in person sessions in Utah and Secure Telemedicine in WA State. I offer a 20 minute introduction meeting to assist clients in engaging services.
