I am a down-to-earth, multi-racial/cultural psychotherapist who genuinely cares. I have a deep passion to see women living into their full potential through finding, growing, and utilizing their own minds and voices that will enable them to walk toward healing growth and change. I share my passion from my own personal therapeutic journey that led me to my own beautiful mind and voice. I am excited about the possibility of being a part of your journey toward healing, growth, and change. We are in this together!
Coming to therapy can be a challenging experience & it can also be enriching. No matter what your particular struggles, pains, and/or goals are, there is hope. Encounter Therapy was birthed out of a passion to offer authentic relational encounters to women.
It is vital the therapist you choose is someone that you feel a connection with and believe you could learn to trust. Please take some time to read through my website and if you find my words speak to you, please contact me to set up an initial appointment.

Wild Women Sacred Circle Gatherings
The wild woman archetype within woman’s psyche is an expression of her innate, soulful essence. A representation of the instinctual nature women possess. Reconnecting with your wildest self can help you regain your essence and power. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, the Jungian psychoanalyst, describes the wild woman in her book, Women who Run with the Wolves. Here, she exposes the ravages of this disconnection in women. I always use this book in the sacred work with women for: Reclaiming the wild self. Recovering creativity & spontaneity. Connecting to intuition. Connecting to desire. Finding your pack. Learning the Life/Death/Life cycles
