Encircle Therapy provides compassionate and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ youth, young adults, and families across Utah. We specialize in helping individuals and their families navigate the unique challenges of identity, relationships, and societal expectations by creating a safe space for healing, growth, and connection. We offer both in-person sessions (Provo & Salt Lake City) and telehealth appointments throughout the state, with special focus on serving rural folx.
We love working with individuals, couples, parents and families to strengthen bonds, process change, and foster understanding. Our diverse team offers life-affirming therapy tailored to the needs of LGBTQIA+ individuals (ages 12+), their partners, parents, and families. We utilize evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Narrative, etc.).
We celebrate the diverse experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community and build therapeutic relationships on trust and cultural understanding.
