I use an individualized person centered approach to include Cognitive Behavioral strategies, EMDR, mindfulness based calming strategies, and body awareness. I am a CASE Adoption Competent therapist and help provide educated support to foster and adoptive families. I have completed EMDR training and am pursuing certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional.
