If you are holding it all together on the outside but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected. You are not alone. Many, including myself live with chronic health conditions such as diabetes. Navigating weight or body image, recovering from difficult experiences within health care settings and providers. Feeling misunderstood and judged or overall exhausted by managing their health while keeping up with daily life. My approach is more than just symptom relief. I want you to feel steady, confident and at home in your own body and mind and a space where physical and emotional experiences are taken seriously.
I have experience working with individuals involved in the legal system, those navigating addiction, and people living with chronic mental health conditions. I am trained in CBT and DBT and am currently continuing my education in sand tray therapy. As a type one diabetic I also know the challenges that come along with medically complex individuals.
If you would like to work together please reach out. We will see individuals who are unhoused, low on resources, or struggling with their mental illness.
