About

Using a strengths-based perspective, I will collaborate with you to understand and confront your unique challenges and empower you to find the inner strength and resources to facilitate positive healing change so you can keep moving forward. I firmly believe that while change is inevitable, being paralyzed by change is not and you have the power to construct your own unique pathway to optimal health and wellness.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, certified in trauma modalities such as EMDR, brainspotting and hypnotherapy. Combining these trauma therapies with CBT, solution focused, internal parts work, somatic and mindfulness-based therapies helps me facilitate culturally sensitive therapy solutions for clients to create positive change in their lives.
I am committed to providing a warm, compassionate, non- judgmental, safe space for clients to develop the strength and resources to let go of their maladaptive and self-destructive patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving and find their balance by creating value, meaning and purpose in their lives.
