Have you ever heard of the term Tabula Rasa? I have a deep passion of providing psycho education, insights, and learning about your personal story in therapy. Due to the type of therapy I provide, I work with adults only.
I work with Latino/x and other Minority Populations afflictions related to culture clash, grief and loss, mood disorders and chronic pain, anxiety disorders, severe mental illness such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, personal development. I am familiar with psychiatric medications. I provide mental health services both in English and Spanish.
