I am a licensed psychologist and I offer psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and parents. I have experience treating a wide variety of concerns. My style is warm, empathic, genuine, and caring. I believe in the collaborative process of therapy and my primary focus is on building a supportive and safe therapeutic relationship to help you to face life's challenges.
I use a combination of interpersonal, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic techniques in my practice with adolescents and adults. What that means is that we will explore the things in your life that aren't working for you, and we'll get you out of that stuck space together.
My area of specialty and strength is with adolescents and young adults. Finding who you are in today's world is incredibly difficult. My goal is always to help my clients to feel safe, connected, stable, and capable of conquering anything during a time in life when so much is uncertain.
