My focus is on relationships. Couples therapy, (relationship with one person), Eating Disorders (relationship with food), Relationship Issues, (how to get along with others, such as coworkers and loved ones and friends. You see it is all about the relationships we have.
In order to achieve insight, which leads to change a person has to feel comfortable in the therapeutic setting. I believe that people feel comfortable with me almost immediately, and my office becomes a safe place for them to explore some really tough subjects.
