I have extensive experience in the mental health field and have worked for psychiatric hospitals, non profit agencies, trauma centers, and in correctional settings. I treat adolescents, adults, families, and couples.
I treat a variety of issues including Complex Trauma/PTSD , grief, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and adolescent /young adult issues including sexual orientation, LGBTQIA issues. I utilize a combination of somatic and neurobiologically informed therapies to guide my work.
I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma as well as provide hope to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual exploitation, and sexual violence. I am passionate in helping survivors find their voice and unique path to recovery and healing.
