Women’s emotional pain rarely exists in isolation. It lives in the nervous system, the body, relationships, and the stories carried across generations. As both a Registered Nurse specializing in Women’s Wellness and Health and a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in women’s mental health, I integrate medical knowledge with depth-oriented psychotherapy to help women heal anxiety, trauma, complex PTSD, relationship wounds, childhood attachment injuries, infertility stress, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and life transitions. My goal isn’t simply symptom relief—it’s helping you reclaim your authentic self.
Therapy should be as individual as the woman sitting across from me. Rather than relying on a single method, I thoughtfully integrate somatic therapy, Jungian psychology, mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Neurobiology, attachment-focused therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy.
Together we explore both conscious and subconscious patterns, helping regulate the nervous system while creating lasting emotional, psychological, and physical healing from the inside out.
