Hi! I'm Lynn and I am the founder of Empowering Minds Psychotherapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with clients from various stages of life who experience depression, anxiety, ADHD, along with other mental health concerns and relationship difficulties.
Using a person-centered, strengths-based approach, I work collaboratively with clients to help them feel empowered to overcome difficult challenges and increase resilience. I also offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, as a complement to psychotherapy my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical.
Clients working with me will feel a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate atmosphere. My practice is built on the value of dignity and worth of every person. I strive to understand clients within the greater context of their current life circumstances.
