Life sometimes takes us in directions that are unknown, unwanted, unexpected and out of our control. When it does, many times they can appear overwhelming and difficult to face these issues and emotions by ourselves. Sometimes we feel that is the only option in order to succeed and not experience or display shame, blame or guilt. What we tend to forget ( and is not always encouraged) is reaching out to others to assist and lean on. We can explore and attempt to overcome these issues together. My role would be to ride alongside with you, supportively, with an open mind, to help you achieve the life that best fits you.
As a certified therapist specializing in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, I offer tailored support for individuals and families, helping children as young as 4 for behavioral issues, teens navigating life's transitions, and adults facing everyday challenges as well as couples improving communication and intimacy.
My goal is to provide support in a non judgmental and safe place for individuals to assist through difficult times, decisions or complicated phases in their life.
