Welcome to Empowering Change Counseling. We are committed to helping individuals find the best solution to their situation in their difficult times in life. We provide comprehensive support for individuals facing mental health challenges. We understand that each individual is unique and and everyone carries a different belief system. We understand that your mental health is just as important as your physical health and we want to help you reach your mental health goals in a way that suits you best.
Our team of licensed therapists are here to listen and provide guidance. We offer individual therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We have therapist on staff that are specialized in EMDR therapy as well as trauma therapy.
Our services are designed to promote overall well-being and empower you to lead a balanced and fulfilling life. We offer services to all ages 12 and up. We accept all major insurances however we do not accept Medicare at this time, but offer a competitive sliding scale fee for those with Medicare.
