I have been in practice for 25 years. During this time I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings with children, adolescents and adults. Much of my adult work has been dedicated to working with women with a variety of issues but heavily oriented around those originating in trauma. I work with PTSD, mood disorders, couples issues, and parent-child issues. I have developed skills in working with parenting, addictions, relationship building and conflict resolution and particularly building and rebuilding attachment. I have also been involved in training, consulting, and supervision over the years.
I specialize in trauma and addictions with all ages including complex trauma in children, adolescents and adults. I have specialized training in Integrated Listening Systems (therapy of sensorimotor), internal family systems, addictions and PTSD. I consider myself a holistic practitioner meaning I value the integration of mind, body and spirit for healing.
I offer convenience of telehealth sessions. I have evening and Saturday appointments available to meet your busy lifestyle.
