I have been working with clients for four years. Through my life experience and education I believe developing supportive relationships has the power to reduce the effects of trauma for the child, parents and families. Allowing a safe space for people to explore their emotions and develop skills to create a congruent environment around them and navigate the unknowns in life.
My focus is on working with individuals, children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. Specific areas of experience is in helping families and individuals develop skills to deal with anxiety, depression, behavioral changes and life transitions. I work with clients utilizing Story Informed Trauma Therapy, Play Therapy and Sand Tray modalities.
