I work with adolescents, young adults, adults and elders experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem and more. Everyone deserves to have a safe space, with unconditional support that allows them to be authentically themselves, always.

I use strength-based techniques that allow us to use your strengths to guide us in our treatment approaches and methods. We work together throughout the therapeutic process to empower you to develop, set and achieve your goals. I am known for creating a safe space that allows both client and therapist to be their authentic selves.
