Most of us are EMDR trained and several are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and in IFS. We provide an exceptional psychotherapy experience by providing a safe environment in which you are able to identify strengths and develop healthy coping skills. We help you learn to manage the effects of trauma, loss, or conflict and discover your own strengths.
