If you feel stuck in any area of your life, we have a team of eight clinicians who are all highly skilled in helping identify ways to allow you to move forward in your life. While each of us bring our own unique personalities and style, all of us approach our clients with an attachment lens and all have extensive trauma-informed backgrounds.
Most of us are EMDR trained and several are trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and in IFS. We provide an exceptional psychotherapy experience by providing a safe environment in which you are able to identify strengths and develop healthy coping skills. We help you learn to manage the effects of trauma, loss, or conflict and discover your own strengths.
As a result, you will be better equipped to manage life’s stressors more effectively. We are passionate about empowering clients to find solutions to their problems. And we love helping clients create the lives they desire to have!
