I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am trained in EMDR and TF-CBT. I take an NMT and IFS informed approach in my therapeutic work. I have extensive experience in working with clients suffering from anxiety and depression. I am also well educated and have expertise in the child welfare system.
I am dedicated to meeting my clients where they are and enhancing their overall emotional wellness. Losing the sense of control and safety are normal effects of trauma; however, this can be regained.
