Many of the adults I work with are processing past trauma, trying to break generational cycles, or navigating the emotional impact of chronic health challenges. You may feel caught between caring for others and losing touch with your own needs, or wondering why the same struggles keep appearing in your relationships. Together, we can slow down and explore the deeper stories, emotions, and protective patterns that have developed over time so you can move toward greater clarity, safety, and connection.

I provide talk therapy and experiential approaches for adults, including sand tray and play-based modalities that allow deeper emotions and patterns to emerge safely. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems, narrative, emotion-focused, and somatic approaches. Together we will explore protective parts, reconnect with your inner voice, and build trust.
Therapy with me is collaborative, curious, and paced in a way that respects your nervous system. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the deeper stories, emotional experiences, and protective patterns that developed to help you survive difficult moments.
