In a world that is primarily individualized, it can feel really hard to be an individual, to feel that your needs and your voice matter, and to know that you can take care of yourself first. It seems like everyone expects you to cater to their needs, boundaries are hard to set and harder to maintain, and taking care of your own self first can feel profane. You do not have to choose between keeping the peace at a cost to yourself or acting like a mad person and losing others.
I mostly approach therapy from a person centered approach, with some Jungian depth work and some CBT thrown in. I strongly believe the relationship between myself and my clients is where the real magic happens. Yes, I will help you explore faulty beliefs, learn new skills, and uncover your truth, but first, let me just accept you as you are.
I know that the problems manifesting in your life aren't the core of who you are, and I know that you want to be your best self, your true self. Let me help you to find that person again and start living life on your terms.
