Hello, welcome to my page on psychology today. I'm a seasoned Clinical Psychologist working at Stony Brook University Hospital in their Outpatient Department. My work is eclectic and integrated between a dynamic perspective and integrative CBT. I work with people who want to learn to feel ok with their experiences, regulate their emotions, and create a more satisfying life. It is my clinical intention to help resolve the problems that prevent them from achieving these goals. I believe in empowering people to help themselves through self-understanding. Only when we know what is wrong do we have the potential to change it.
I provide a safe, supportive environment via telehealth software where my clients can grow, achieve positive self-acceptance, and find peace and fulfillment in their lives. I work with individuals who are facing family conflicts, parenting difficulties, life crises and change, loss, anxiety, and depression.
We will work collaboratively using an approach tailored to your specific needs, with the purpose of achieving a growth experience. Life is often challenging and stressful. My goal is to help people feel and function better in love, work, play and inner peace.
