Adults at every age experience difficulties adjusting to life's transitions and stressors. You may be concerned about problems or changes in your relationship, finances, career, a move, family, or health. You may be worried about one or more of these areas, struggling with which direction to take, or just reeling from change. (I don't treat very severe forms of bipolar, depressive or personality disorders, eating disorders or active substance abuse disorders).
I enjoy helping my clients with managing anxiety, ocd or mild depression; improving relationships; setting boundaries; self esteem and improving self care. My practice is currently exclusively telehealth, via a simple, HIPAA compliant link.
Credentials: Bachelor of Science in Human Behavior, Master of Arts in Counseling. I am licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Memberships: American Counseling Association, American Psychological Association, Texas Counseling Association,Dallas Metro Counseling Association, North Dallas Metro Counseling Association.
