I, Christina Jean Luke, have obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, granted by the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2010, with over ten years of pre-graduate and post graduate experience in the counseling field. I am a Licensed Practicing Counselor in NC.

I am a psychologist who specializes in treating anger management, relationships issues, depression, and anxiety. I also help with divorce transitions, personal coaching, workplace conflicts, and identity development. I have received training in the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I work exclusively with adults and primarily rely upon Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I find that this approach effectively treats a wide variety of problems and disorders. I help people manage their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in more effective ways. I offer support and guidance in a nonjudgmental and practical manner. I also administer psychological testing for bariatric surgery, ADHD, and intelligence.

My strengths include a warm and relational manner and a compassionate nature along with experience and intuition, I can help people with relationship issues, including, individuals, couples, families and work related problems. I provide support at all life-stages.I am eclectic while taking into account the particular psycho-dynamics of the individual.I also work extensively with anxiety and depression. I studied at the Harvard Mind and Body Institute. I combine this information into mind body work for anxiety and depression.I have what is most important that is to listen to others with my mind and my heart.
