Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, explore your experiences, and move forward at your own pace. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions, as well as couples looking to improve communication and connection. As a wife and mother of three, I understand how full and demanding life can be, and I bring that perspective to support realistic, meaningful change in therapy.
I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered techniques to empower and validate my clients throughout their journey while incorporating Solution-Focused Therapy to support acceptance and change.
Mahatma Ghandi once said, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others". This principle has molded me to have empathy for each individual's unique experience, across all walks of life.
