I am a couple and family therapist who offers empathetic and compassionate treatment for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I utilize systems theories to assist clients in exploring how our relationships and environment impact our larger goals and sense of self. I focus on developing a relationship with clients and building a trusting and supportive environment. I believe in the power of resiliency and connection. I work as a family based clinician for Child Guidance Resource Centers. There, I provide intensive outpatient for children, adolescents, and their families experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, and eating disorders. I am an LGBTQ+ informed practitioner.
My goal in treatment is to assist clients in telling their story as they heal and grow from their life experiences. I believes that self-knowledge is essential to empowerment and gaining control of our lives.
