I provide an opportunity for people to deal with anxiety and to challenge themselves to change in a safe place using direct action based methods, humor, and direct feedback to collaborate and bring about transformation. I work with people from all walks of life whose common characteristic is the desire to improve something in their lives.
As a therapist I work with people who want to explore issues in their lives and make changes in the therapeutic setting, both in individual and group therapy. I work with families confronting legal issues that are affecting their lives.
