I use a solution focused approach to help people cope more effectively with their problems, while finding positive and sustainable change. My goal is to help people address difficulties they are experiencing in their relationships, break old patterns, develop concrete goals and practical ways to deal with life's challenges. I assist people in changing old perceptions into new ones, finding creative ways to solve problems and improving relationships and communication.
I specialize in individual and couples therapy, pre-marital therapy, marriage therapy, grief and loss, anxiety and stress management, family therapy, depression management, suicide survivors, remarried families, and co-parenting.
