You feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, you have a hard time living in the present, always looking back at what was missing, or looking forward to how things could be. You want to enjoy life, to be happy, and it is exhausting. Or maybe you don’t even know how you feel but you know it doesn’t feel good. You might know where these feelings started, a tough relationship, trauma, a difficult childhood. Or maybe the feelings seem to come from nowhere. You are surviving, but, it doesn't have to be so hard.

I have significant experience working with high school and college age students with their individual issues and helping their families work through family conflicts that arise during these developmental years. In the process of this, I have worked extensively with persons experiencing anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, identity issues, self-harm, bullying and interpersonal conflict. By virtue of working with families in these developmental stages, I also am asked to do pre-marital and marital therapy for a variety of age groups.

Love and nurturing are the cornerstones of my practice. From my youngest clients to my oldest, I believe that a positive connection in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere encourages and empowers the children, families and adults I work with to heal and grow from the inside out! My focus for the past 13 years of my career has been on supporting children, families and individuals to reconnect with each other and themselves in a way that enhances their sense of peace, joy and fulfillment.

Our practice focuses on sexual addiction - for the person with addiction, the partner and the couple. If you struggle with sex addiction (including pornography) you want someone who understands this addiction and has a plan for your recovery. We do. If you are the partner of a sex addict, it's important to take care of yourself and seek counsel from a compassionate therapist who understands your situation. Both the addict and the betrayed partner get better faster with a highly trained, highly focused supportive therapy team. Men and women have regained and even improved relationships through their work with us.
