I am Rochelle, a licensed professional counselor in Columbus, Georgia. Over my career, I have worked with a diversity of clients. In my practice, I use an integrative therapy approach that combines person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and existential therapy techniques. Throughout my years as a counselor, it has been my goal to provide my clients with an environment that is friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental. Providing meaning and purpose to life's sometimes painful experiences is one of the keys to coping and healing.

With a Master's degree in Counseling and over 18 years of experience in the field, I have a deep understanding of the challenges people face in their daily lives. My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude. I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life, but sometimes we need support and guidance to overcome the obstacles that are holding us back.

I have the privilege of working with various populations with various mental problems. Such as MDD, GAD, Bipolar, and PTSD. Using Treatment modalities used are DBT, CBT, Trauma informed therapy, and Christian Prayers of inner healing using Bible scriptures. My services includes family therapy, individual therapy, or group therapy.

Outside of my professional life, I have a deep love for the great outdoors. Animals hold a special place in my heart. Reading and travel are also among my personal interests. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and passionate about working with fellow animal enthusiasts and individuals from various diverse backgrounds.
