I'm a laid-back and straight-forward therapist. I'm very passionate about healing work. I see my clients as counterparts in an equal partnership working towards truth. You can expect me to create a safe, trusting space and to also get to the point. I specialize in trauma and addiction, but if your heart is hurting and you don't know why, give me a call.

I utilize Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy to treat traumatic stress and draw from existential and client-centered modalities.
